Why we collect it.

1. Information you give us

If you contact us, we may collect your name, work email address, company, role and the information you choose to include in an enquiry or later correspondence.

2. Information created by website use

Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser or device information, request time and pages requested. This site does not currently load third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

3. Why we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, assess whether we may be a fit for an engagement, provide requested services, keep appropriate business records, operate and secure the website, and improve the service where we have a lawful basis to do so.

4. Sensitive, confidential and privileged information

Please leave sensitive personal information, detailed employee information, legally privileged material and confidential commercial material out of the initial website enquiry. We can arrange an appropriate channel and confidentiality terms before detailed client material is exchanged.

5. CRM, email and other service providers

We use third-party providers to operate the business and may use providers for hosting, customer relationship management, email, scheduling and security. Website enquiries are submitted to Zoho CRM for assessment and follow-up. This includes your name, email, company, optional role and the problem details you provide. The website is hosted on Render. Optional analytics scripts are not included in this enquiry form. We may use additional business email, scheduling and security providers where needed, and will update this policy when website data-handling practices materially change.

6. Cookies and optional tracking

Essential browser storage may be used where needed to operate the site or remember a privacy choice. Optional analytics or marketing technology will remain off until the relevant consent is recorded where consent is required. See our Cookies & Privacy Choices page.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, to maintain necessary business records, or to meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or de-identified where appropriate.

8. Access, correction and other privacy rights

You may contact us to ask about personal information we hold about you, request correction, or raise a privacy concern. Where applicable law gives you additional rights, such as deletion, restriction, objection or data portability, you may ask to exercise those rights as well.

9. Australia and overseas visitors

This is an Australian-based business website. Australian privacy obligations depend on the circumstances of the relevant entity and activity. If European data-protection law applies to a particular interaction, we will handle that personal data under the applicable requirements. Merely making this Australian website accessible from another country does not by itself mean every foreign privacy regime applies.
